Vom Veranstalter vereinzelter Reggaepartys entwickelten sich Roots Commandment so zu einem der respektiertesten Dancehall-Soundsystems Hamburgs und haben neben einer erstklassigen Selection jede Menge exclusiver Specials namhafter Reggae-Stars zu bieten.

	Smoking Tuna Sound Brigade (Rostock)
Smoking Tuna wurde Anfang 1996 von Henryk a.k.a. Henry Morgan und „Mr.“ Arnold gegründet, nachdem vor allem Henryk jahrelang im Hip Hop Bereich als DJ und Veranstalter tätig war und dabei irgendwann den Reggae für sich entdeckte und begann, auf verschiedenen Parties in und um Rostock Reggaeplatten aufzulegen. Die Liebe zu Reggae und Dancehall veranlasste die beiden dazu, das erste Reggae Soundsystem im Norden der neuen Bundesländer zu gründen.

Maybe the best recordshop on the web PLUS: There have not been many opportunities to enjoy Dancehall Reggae in the late 80s and early 90s in Germany. An exception were the regular visits of London's Radio Disc Jockey David Rodigan and his MC Papa Face at Neons-Club near Bielefeld. The members of Sound Quake have been at nearly all of these legendary dances with the "Reggae Ambassador" Rodigan. One can say the Neons-Club was the place of their Reggae socialization and Rodigan the musical "father" of the young soundboys.
